Apologetics Week in the Panhandle
Grace is proud to partner with Ravi Zacharias International Ministries for Apologetics Week in Amarillo. This week will feature several RZIM speakers in venues and churches all over the Amarillo area. Grace will host Lou Phillips Wednesday February 20. His topic will be, "Why Does God Care Who I Sleep With?" See the full schedule below.
The primary mission of Ravi Zacharias International Ministries is to reach and challenge those who shape the ideas of a culture with the credibility of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Distinctive in its strong evangelistic and apologetic foundation, the ministry of RZIM is intended to touch both the heart and the intellect of the thinkers and influencers of society through the support of the visionary leadership of Ravi Zacharias.
The highlight of the week is REBOOT Amarillo, an all-day event at the Amarillo Civic Center on Saturday February 23. The speakers at REBOOT include Amy Orr-Ewing (who has written Is the Bible Intolerant? and Is Believing in God Irrational?) and converted Muslim Abdu Murray, who is the leader of North America for RZIM and has just published his third book entitled Saving Truth: Finding Meaning and Clarity in a Post-Truth World. We are pleased to have Christian rap artist Da’ T.R.U.T.H. at REBOOT. He will give his testimony and perform a concert.
REBOOT is designed for students ages 12-18, youth leaders and parents of students attending REBOOT. The cost of REBOOT is $25 per person.
