IMPLORE - to call upon, or for, in supplication; to beseech; to pray to, or for, earnestly; to petition with urgency; to entreat; to beg;
WHAT - For the next two weeks, we want to invite you to join us in daily, intentional prayer and devotional time with the Lord! 1 Thessalonians 5:17 says to "pray without ceasing," but, if we're all being honest, we cease to pray more often then we pray without ceasing.
HOW - Each day, we will post a topic for you to seek Jesus in prayer about. Start intentionally praying for just five minutes, but each day, stretch yourself to spend five more minutes! (that will put you at about an hour by the 14th day) By the end of IMPLORE, you will not only have grown in the quantity of time you spend in prayer but also in the quality of your time in prayer.
Let's IMPLORE the Lord intentionally for the next two weeks, and grow to be Young Adults who "pray without ceasing."
