Closures and Cancellations
Although it is our desire to never cancel a service, a ministry meeting or other event at Grace Church, sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control or outside influences that would impact your safety and security.
ALL GRACE CHURCH GROUPS & EVENTS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED UNTIL APRIL 1ST.
SERVICES WILL BE BROADCAST LIVE ONLINE AND ON RADIO.
March 19, 2020
As things continue to change in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are evaluating what adjustments Grace Church needs to make in order to honor our authorities and protect our neighbors. The health and safety of our church and our community are of prime importance to us.
The City of Amarillo and now the State of Texas have made it clear that there should be no gatherings larger than 10. We have decided to close the Church Office to the public starting Friday, March, 20. Please know that during this time you will still be able to contact our staff via email and the cell numbers previously provided. We will also be accepting phone messages in the office and will monitor these daily.
All worship services will remain online only for now. We will be streaming our services online and on Radio by Grace Sundays at 11 am and Wednesdays at 7 pm.
We continue to pray for you, our community, and our country through this season, and we are looking forward to the day we can worship in our building together again!

Colossians 3:14-15 “But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.”
To our Grace Church Family,
The Leadership of Grace Church has been closely watching and praying through the events occurring in our world, nation, state, and city. These are truly unprecedented times we are living in together. The COVID-19 crisis continues to unfold before our very eyes and change the world as we know it drastically every day.
In an effort to be accountable to the governing authorities, and primarily with your health and safety at the forefront of our minds, we have made the decision to close all Grace Church groups and events until March 31st, when we will re-evaluate this decision in light of the most current developments.
Our regular services will be streaming live online and via Radio by Grace Wednesdays at 7pm and Sundays, 9am CST. The Sunday morning service will be replayed again at 11am CST. Our Church Office will remain open as long as permitted by our government, and our Pastors & Staff remain available to serve as individual schedules allow.
As your church Staff & Pastors, we are excited to be working creatively to provide new resources and avenues of digital contact to be with you as best we can in this time of social distancing and isolation. Please stay connected to our webpage, your email, and other digital outlets as we bring you fresh spiritual resources to serve you and your family in this unique season.
It remains our deepest heart's desire to serve our body well through this difficult season we are navigating together. With that in mind, we fix our eyes on Jesus - our Good Shepherd - who is always with us. We strongly believe that He is providing unique opportunities for the gospel, reinforcing His body to focus on being the temple of God rather than attending at one, and equipping Grace Church for an unprecedented opportunity to represent Him & His love.
As your Pastors, we want to follow His example and make ourselves available to you. We are providing our cell numbers for texting, email addresses, and encouraging you to find each of us on social media outlets to walk through this together one day at a time.
We are more humbled and honored than ever to serve you, the City of Amarillo, and our Great God who is sovereign over all through this hopefully short season. We remain optimistic and eager to see God work today!
We are praying for you and we love you all,
Pastor Bill Gehm
