A GriefShare seminar is a 13-week, Christ-centered support group program designed to help people cope with the loss of a loved one by providing video presentations from grief experts, group discussion time, and a workbook to guide personal reflection, all within a supportive community setting; essentially, it's a structured program to navigate the grief journey through shared experiences and guidance from trained facilitators.

A GriefShare Loss of a Spouse seminar is a two-hour event that provides support and practical advice for people who are grieving the death of their spouse: ​

Participants watch a 35-minute video featuring Christian counselors, authors, pastors, and widowed people

Discussion: Participants take part in a moderated small-group discussion

Booklet: Participants receive a booklet with readings, devotional materials, grief recovery exercises, and journaling prompts
